CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, please review our cancellation policy: 1. **Notice Requirement**: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively. 2. **Late Cancellations**: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50. 3. **No-Show Policy**: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full service fee. 4. **Rescheduling**: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time. 5. **Emergency Situations**: We understand that emergencies happen.
